About us

The Hapbits eV - Memmingen (Association) pursues exclusively charitable purposes. The association is of the opinion, that the climate change as well as the equitable distribution of resources are the biggest challenges facing mankind and devotes all its efforts to help solve the problems.

Trees have the power to change lives. The right tree in the course together with the right project creates sustainable economic base while contributing to sustainable climate protection.

We do not have the power to change the world, but a surely a small part of it! The association is primarily active in the northeast of Thailand. With the Isaan Jatropha project, the association supports impoverished rural communities. The project goals are: the biodiverse reforestation, CO2 storage so as to achieve sustainable community benefits or the community welfare.
